TEAM BEE offers wedding services as a group of independent entities, with Brympton House acting as the agent only. No members of TEAM BEE are connected to or are part of the venue or general estate.

 

• Your coordination and site security fees are outlined within the quotation you received from Brympton House; these prices are subject to change from time to time in line with inflation and cost of living increases. It is possible for you to fix the price at any point by paying the fees in full.

• PAYMENT TERMS: Upon booking your coordinator will invoice you a file opening charge of  £250 (this forms part of the £550 standard one-day wedding charge and will be subtracted from the total). Full payment of outstanding sums is due 8 weeks prior to your event on the presentation of an invoice from your coordinator. If additional services are added after the invoice date these will be invoiced separately.

• Evening management is invoiced by the evening management team directly no later than 4 weeks before the event date. 

• If your event has to be postponed for any reason any fees paid either to the coordinators or the evening management team will only carry over if your date is within 12 months of the original date. 

• If the new date is more than 12 months from the original contracted date than a surcharge of +50% of the original charge will be added to your final invoice.

• Cancellation: we accept that in some cases you will have no choice but to cancel your event. In this case we perform a scaled cancelation policy 

• 2 years to 18 months before the wedding day:no charge 

• 18 months to 12 months before the wedding day: 50% of total projected charge

• 12 moths to 6 months before the wedding day: 75% of total projected charge

• Less than 6 months before the wedding day:  100% of the total projected charge

•  In the event that your nominated coordinator is unable to carry out your required services on the day she will arrange for a replacement coordinator from the team to take her place 

•  None of the entities who provide their 3rd party services under the umbrella name of TEAM BEE (e.g individual coordinators, evening managers, check in staff etc) are responsible for any damage or loss  caused by you, your guests or suppliers to the venues or suppliers property.

• The total liability of any entity who provides a 3rd party service under the umbrella name of TEAM BEE is limited to the total charged for the services outlined.
